The Shores Board of Directors hope that you will find this site informative, useful, and engaging. It is our desire to have this website serve as the basis for communication between the Board and community residents as well as to facilitate communications among residents. It is anticipated that this website will serve as a platform for more rapid dissemination of information throughout the community regarding issues of interest to residents.

About The Shores

The Shores is one of Eagle's exclusive neighborhoods that exudes a unique old world charm that blends into the stunning natural beauty of its surroundings. Poised between two rivers, the Shores offers gorgeous manicured landscaping and dramatic water features throughout the community. Residents can enjoy playing a game of Basketball or Tennis on the communities private Courts or relax by the beautiful infinity edge pool. Residents may also reserve the community clubhouse for their own personal use. The Shores is secluded yet conveniently close to downtown Eagle and The Village in Meridian. Residents may also take advantage of the miles and miles of walking trails along the river and easy access to the greenbelt.

  • Satellite Dishes: Although The Shores CC&R’s state satellite dishes must be attached to the home, an exception has been made to this rule. Because satellite dishes cannot be installed on stucco exteriors or tile roofs, a dish may be installed on a pole as long as it is located directly adjacent to the home in the least conspicuous location as possible while still getting good reception. It must be screened from view from the front, sides, and rear of home with landscaping.
  • Builders and Property Owners Starting the Building Process: No ACC submittals will be accepted and no review meeting will be set up until we are in possession of the following: two full sets of plans (so we can redline one set and give back to the builder for review), the landscape plan, the color board and samples of all exterior materials, the $1,250 non-refundable review fee, and the 3% of lot sales price refundable adherence fee. Allow two weeks for the review process; do not ask permission to dig prior to approval process being complete.
